If the washer completes the wash cycle but does not spin properly, check the following:
• Verify the load is evenly distributed
• Confirm the lid or door is fully closed
• Reduce oversized loads
• Ensure the appliance is level
An unbalanced load may cause the washer to reduce or cancel the spin cycle to protect the appliance.
